Dude: Find My Car is a parking companion provided by Itomic Digital Pty Ltd. Use it lawfully and responsibly. These terms cover its current testing version.
Safe use
Do not operate Dude while driving or riding. Check your surroundings and follow local parking and traffic rules. Dude does not identify your parking rights, prevent theft or guarantee a safe walking route.
Location, compass readings and automatic parking estimates can be wrong or unavailable, especially indoors. Check saved spots. Your phone's permissions, battery settings and operating system can interrupt capture or guidance. External maps are separate services with their own terms.
Your saved information
Parking history stays on your phone. There is no cloud parking backup or restore service. App-data removal or loss of your phone can lose it. You control deliberate sharing; deleting local data does not erase copies already shared.
Testing and availability
The current version is in testing and has no paid subscription. Features may change or stop working. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or accurate estimates. Do not rely on automatic parking as your only record.
The app and its artwork belong to Itomic or its licensors. Do not misuse the app, bypass its security or copy material without permission or a right provided by law. Nothing here limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
For an App Store download, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a custom licence is supplied in the listing. It is separate from these app-specific terms.
