Firewood Friends is provided by Itomic Digital Pty Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms. It connects people offering wood with people who can collect and use it; Itomic is not the supplier, buyer or collector in a user-arranged exchange. If you disagree, stop using it.
Listings
Only list wood you are authorised to offer. Keep descriptions, collection locations, access and availability accurate. You retain rights in your uploads and give Itomic permission to host, display and process them to provide the service. Upload only content you are entitled to use; do not disclose someone else's private information without permission.
Collection safety
Confirm the property owner's permission, assess risks, use suitable equipment and agree safe collection arrangements. Follow local transport, firewood, biosecurity and property rules. Users remain responsible for their decisions; listings are not a guarantee of wood quality, safety or ownership. AI/species suggestions are estimates, not professional identification or safety advice.
Accounts and conduct
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep details accurate and credentials private. Do not mislead, harass, impersonate, scrape personal data, circumvent security or post unlawful content. Report concerns using the app's available reporting tools or support. Itomic may moderate/remove content and restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
Privacy and leaving
The privacy policy explains visibility, providers and the current limits of account deletion. You may stop using the app and request deletion through the app or support; uninstalling alone does not remove hosted data.
Licence and availability
Itomic and its licensors retain rights in the app, excluding your content. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless the store listing supplies a custom licence. These service terms supplement it.
The service is supplied as available; listings, identification and third-party services may be inaccurate or unavailable. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
