BoatSpeed is provided by Itomic Digital Pty Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms and to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you disagree, stop using it.
Marine safety
BoatSpeed is a supplementary display, not certified navigation equipment. Maintain a proper lookout, comply with maritime law, and carry all required navigation and safety equipment.
GPS accuracy
Readings depend on your device, satellite visibility and environmental conditions. Itomic does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy.
Advertising and Premium
The free version shows advertising. Optional Premium is an auto-renewing annual subscription for the benefits shown before purchase, including ad removal. Any trial, price, billing period and renewal terms displayed by the store apply.
Manage or cancel using Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Restore eligible purchases using the same store account. Refunds follow the store's process and your applicable consumer rights.
Licence and privacy
Itomic and its licensors retain rights in the app. You may use it as intended, not copy or redistribute it beyond your legal rights. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless the store listing supplies a custom licence. These safety and service terms supplement it, not replace it.
Data handling and privacy choices are explained in the privacy policy.
Availability and contact
The app and its third-party services are supplied as available and may change. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. We will communicate material terms changes through the app or published notices. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
