Speed/Limit is provided by Itomic Digital Pty Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms and to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you disagree, stop using it.
Driving safety
Speed/Limit is an advisory tool only. Always obey official road signs and local traffic laws, keep your full attention on driving, and never rely solely on the app. Community-maintained road data can be missing, inaccurate or out of date.
Subscriptions
Optional paid features are described at purchase. Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store. The price, billing period, trial and renewal terms shown before purchase apply; features can differ by platform or release.
Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling or deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription. Restore eligible purchases using the same store account. Refunds follow the store's process and your applicable consumer rights.
Accounts and corrections
Keep account details accurate and credentials private. Submit only corrections you reasonably believe are accurate. Do not manipulate contributions, impersonate others or bypass security. You retain rights in your submitted content and permit Itomic to process and display it to provide the service. Account deletion and retained corrections are explained in the privacy policy.
Licence
Itomic and its licensors retain rights in the app. You may use it as intended, not copy or redistribute it beyond your legal rights. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless the store listing supplies a custom licence. These app-specific terms do not replace it.
Availability and liability
GPS, network services and community data can fail. The app is supplied as available, without a promise of complete coverage or accuracy. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
