By using Squash Players App, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and responsibly. If you disagree, stop using it.
Squash Players App is provided by Itomic Digital Pty Ltd. Membership is currently free; no paid subscription is required.
Results and venues
Only submit match results and venue information you reasonably believe are correct. Opponents may confirm results or suggest corrections. Itomic may review venue suggestions and correct or remove inaccurate records.
Community conduct
Keep account details accurate and credentials private. Do not harass or impersonate others, manipulate results, misuse chat, scrape personal information, interfere with the service or submit unlawful content. Report concerns through the app's available reporting tools or support. Itomic may review/remove content and restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit and permit Itomic to host, display and process it to provide the service. Upload only content you are entitled to use; do not disclose another person's private information without permission. Other participants may retain their match records.
Privacy and leaving
The privacy policy explains data handling and the current limitations of account deletion. You may stop using the service and request deletion through the app or support; uninstalling alone does not remove hosted records. No subscription cancellation or 30-day notice is required to stop using this free service.
Licence and safety
Itomic and its licensors retain rights in the app, excluding your content. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless the store listing supplies a custom licence. These service terms supplement it.
Venue information and statistics can be inaccurate or out of date. Verify access and facilities with the venue; the app does not guarantee bookings, safe play or fitness to participate.
Availability and contact
The service is supplied as available and may change. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. We will communicate material terms changes through the app or published notices. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
